Terms of Service

Welcome to cocomoon (“cocomoon,” “we,” “us”). These Terms govern your use of cocomoon.art and your purchase of printed artwork. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and located in the United States. We currently sell and ship only within the US.

2. The service

cocomoon lets you generate original artwork with AI, preview it on a wall, and order it as a printed or framed piece produced on demand by a third-party print partner. Generation uses third-party AI models; results vary and are not guaranteed to match any specific expectation.

3. AI-generated content

• Artwork is generated by AI from your prompt and any photo you upload.
• Likeness preservation from uploaded photos is imperfect — pieces are art, not photographs.
• AI output generally cannot be copyrighted and is not offered to you on an exclusive basis.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your prompts and uploads and for complying with our Acceptable-Use Policy. Do not request or upload content you don’t have the rights to, or content depicting real identifiable people without their consent.

5. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout in USD and may change. Items are made to order. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number. Applicable US sales tax and shipping are shown before payment. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected policy violation or pricing error) and refund you.

6. Shipping

US shipping only. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. See Returns & Refunds.

7. Intellectual property

The cocomoon brand, site, and software are ours. You receive your purchased physical piece and a personal license to the image for personal, non-commercial display. You represent that your prompts/uploads do not infringe others’ rights, and you indemnify us against claims arising from them.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, cocomoon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
