Returns & Refunds

Every cocomoon piece is custom-made to order from your unique artwork, so we handle returns differently than off-the-shelf goods.
Custom items are non-returnable
Because each print is produced specifically for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. Please use the on-screen preview and the review step at checkout to confirm your artwork (including any unexpected text or marks) before ordering.
Defects & damage — we’ll make it right
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you approved, we’ll reprint or refund it. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the packaging, if damaged in transit).
Order errors
Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t cover reshipments for addresses entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately; we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they enter production. After that, the defect policy above applies.
