Acceptable-Use & Content Policy

Because cocomoon turns your prompts and photos into a physical product, we require that what you create is lawful and respects others’ rights. This policy is part of our Terms.

You may not create or upload

• Real, identifiable people — including celebrities, public figures, or anyone else — without their consent.
• Trademarks, brand logos, or copyrighted characters and works you don’t own or have rights to.
• Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual or exploitative sexual content.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm or illegal acts.
• Deceptive content intended to impersonate or mislead.

Reference photos

Only upload photos you have the right to use — typically your own. Do not upload images of other people without their permission. Uploads are screened by automated moderation.

Enforcement

We use automated moderation and may also review edge cases. We may block a prompt, refuse or cancel an order, remove content, or suspend access for violations. Because items are made to order, we may decline to print anything that violates this policy and will refund the affected order.
