Privacy Policy

This policy explains what cocomoon collects, how we use it, and who processes it. US-only service.

Information we collect

• Account & contact: email, and (if you create an account) sign-in details via Clerk.
• Order & shipping: name and US shipping address.
• Creative inputs: your prompts and any photos you upload as references.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive only non-sensitive metadata (brand, last4, status) — never your full card number.
• Usage & diagnostics: product analytics (PostHog) and error reports (Sentry).

How we use it

To generate and deliver your artwork, process payments and tax, fulfill and ship orders, send order emails, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Service providers

We share data only as needed with processors that run the service: Clerk (auth), Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (image storage), fal.ai & OpenAI (generation & prompt assistance), AWS Rekognition (image moderation), Inngest (job processing), Upstash (rate limiting), Resend (email), Prodigi (printing & shipping), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring).

Uploaded photos

Reference photos are stored to produce your artwork and are screened by automated moderation. Only upload photos you have the right to use; do not upload images of other people without consent.

Retention

We keep order records as required for tax/legal purposes and keep generations/previews to power your history. You can request deletion of your personal data.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your data, and opt out of non-essential analytics. Contact us to exercise these.

Children

cocomoon is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
